Event Notes:
- Move-in Thursday: Once all NESBA participants have cleared the paddock and track area, security will allow properly credentialed riders and crew to return to the padoock area. Equipment may be left in place from the NESBA event but all persons must clear the facility before anyone will be allowed to enter (or re-enter) the property.
- Pre-Entries: Use our standard Pre-Entry forms and send them to the CCS Office in Fort Worth
- Early Registration Hours: Thursday July 1st 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Early Tech Inspection Hours: Thursday July 1st 6:30pm to 8:30pm (Subject to NESBA clearing paddock by 6:30pm.)

- Licensing Clinic: Friday, July 2 by Learning Curves
- Pit Vehicle Registration: For insurance purposes Road America will no longer allow unlicensed vehicles to be used on their property unless they have been properly registered by the competitor using the vehicle. Vehicles that have not been properly registered will be impounded for the duration of the event.
Proper registration will include:
- Going to registration to fill out the pit vehicle registration and agreement.
- Paying the proper fee listed on the bottom of the form.
- Attaching the "Pit Vehicle Pass" to the unlicensed vehicle so it is clearly visable to RA personnel.
- Vehicle Storage: Anyone wishing to leave their trailer
or vehicle on Road America property prior to or following the event
will need to obtain approval in advance. Call the Road America office at:
