Absolutely no refunds are given after the Pre-Entry Deadline or during any Daytona events. If you need to cancel your Pre-Entry, your Request for Credit/Refund form must be received in our office by the Pre-Entry Deadline date at 5:00pm Central Time by fax or mail. (verbal requests are not accepted)


You must be at least 16 years of age to race at Daytona except the following:   Minors between the ages of 14 and 16 are limited to Moto 3, 300 Supersport, 300 SuperBike, 500 GT, 500 SuperSport, 500 SuperBike and ASRA Moto 3 at Daytona. See also: Minor Racer FAQs PDF.


  • CCS/ASRA Race Pre-Entry Forms & Fees: Please use the Racer Portal or the standard Pre-Entry Forms for CCS and ASRA races for the March Event only. The October Race of Champions requires an event-specific entry form available as the event nears.

    NOTE:   Please safeguard your credentials! Have them available at all times (preferably worn on your person) for inspection by Daytona personnel along with at least one other form of personal identification. If lost, a new one must be purchased.

Hot Pit Credentials are sold only by CCS/ASRA Rider Registration. Tickets purchased directly from the Daytona Speedway (either online or through 1800PITSTOP) are Spectator-Only tickets and do not allow access to many racer areas, including restricted paddocks, pit road and close-track viewing areas. CCS/ASRA cannot give refunds for incorrect credentials purchased directly through the Speedway.
